We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions. This role requires a strong sourcing background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams to develop hiring strategies
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
• Maintain ATS data integrity and recruitment reporting
