Renewal Sales Manager (RSM)
Work Arrangement: Onsite - Double Dragon, Pasay
Purpose
The Renewal Sales Manager owns the commercial and operational execution of software subscription renewals. The role ensures customers renew on time, at optimal commercial terms, and with a high level of satisfaction, while protecting and growing recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
· Own renewal opportunities end-to-end: qualification, quoting, negotiation, and closure
· Engage customers early (two quarters prior to renewal) to confirm intent and identify risk
· Drive disciplined pricing and discount governance
· Work with Account Executives, Partners, and Customer Success to remove renewal risk
· Identify simple upsell and cross-sell opportunities during renewal conversations
· Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and process compliance in Salesforce
