Job Summary

Express Scripts Canada’s Provider Relations Department manages provider contracts and maintains the provider database. The role involves reviewing provider agreements from pharmacy, medical supplies, mental health, vision and dental services for accuracy, entering relevant data into the system, and ensuring timely updates to modifications or terminations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support provider relations administrative tasks.
• Review and validate completed provider agreements, returning them to providers for corrections when needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks on self‑completed work and team submissions.
• Ensure all required agreement information is accurately entered into the system in a timely manner.
