Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, managing high‑volume incoming orders via telephone, fax, email and EDI using SAP or JDE. Respond to inquiries about product availability, order status, pricing, invoices, credits, returns, documentation, samples, proofs of delivery and current promotions. Provide efficient and courteous customer service, support a collaborative team environment and deliver backup coverage when necessary.
