Your daily responsibilities will include managing a constant flow of customer interactions by phone and potentially by email. You will be asked to:
Provide accurate and complete information about company offers, procedures, and policies. Effectively resolve customer issues, showing active listening and problem-solving skills. Meticulously record all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date. Handle complaints with diplomacy and professionalism, always seeking a satisfactory outcome. Collaborate with different internal teams to resolve complex customer requests. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product and service changes. Required profile :
