Responsibilities
Conduct credit reference checks for new and reactivated customer accounts.
Manage outbound daily reference calls professionally.
Provide bilingual (French/English) email support, including sending invoice copies and account statements.
Reach out to customers about pending orders due to outdated credit card information using approved scripts.
Support English credit reference checks as workload permits.
Accurately update customer profiles, contact info, and account notes within internal systems.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and credit data.
