Responsibilities

  • Process employer benefit contribution reports and maintain enrollment data for benefit plan participants.
  • Verify contribution reports for accuracy, determine benefit plan entitlements for members, identify employer payment irregularities, initiate collection efforts, and carry out delinquency procedures.
  • Learn and understand the applicable Collective Agreements.
  • Receive employer contribution reports daily and ensure payments accurately match reported balances, audit reports, hours, rates, calculations, and additional information.
  • Process company adjustments on the MEBS system.
  • Generate and analyze various reports to identify and reconcile any company imbalances or irregularities.
