About the opportunity:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and internal teams
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
  • Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and reporting
  • Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and basic operational tasks
  • Support internal processes and ad hoc administrative projects as required
  • Handle confidential information with discretion


About you:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar support role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Bilingual in French & English
