• Prepare, format, and submit complete, compliant, and compelling bid proposals.
• Ensure all submissions meet client specifications, deadlines, and internal quality standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of bid inputs.
• Support contract negotiation and clarification phases, as required.
