About the role

You will join our Innovation & Technology team to support the research and development of software prototypes and proof-of-concept products. This is a learning-focused role; you will not be involved in production systems or commercial deployment.

What you will do

• Assist in building software prototypes and internal R&D tools under the guidance of senior engineers
• Use AI-assisted coding tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as part of your development workflow
• Participate in user research activities - interviewing, observing, and synthesizing feedback from intended users of the prototypes
• Contribute to design and iteration cycles based on user input
• Document your work and share findings with the team
