As a BGA Re-work Technician, you will be responsible for reworking PCBAs and components, performing a variety of duties in accordance with your training, experience, and skills. You will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager.

Responsibilities

Review the daily rework schedule with the manufacturing supervisor.

Perform repairs on PCBs based on the daily schedule.

Validate materials and required documentation for work orders.

Train new hires on SOPs and other procedures as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skilled at removing parts from PCBAs and using solder equipment.

Proficient in hand soldering, including jumper wires.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
