Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager with prior experience selling technology-led solutions to banks, fintechs, NBFCs, or large enterprise brands.
This is not a generic sales role.
The ideal candidate should understand consultative/platform sales and should be comfortable selling engagement ecosystems, loyalty platforms, gamification engines, rewards infrastructure, or CRM/marketing technology solutions to senior stakeholders in BFSI organizations.
The role will focus on driving growth for BigCity’s BFSI solutions portfolio including FinEngage - our always-on customer engagement and rewards platform.
