Position Summary:


This position is responsible for the daily activities of beverage department personnel and VIP Lounges to ensure adherence to department policies, procedures and steps of service.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:



+ Assists in the training, evaluating and scheduling of the beverage staff

+ Maintains the overall appearance of lounges which includes sanitation control, overall food presentation and quality, food transfers and requisitioning of supplies and beverages

+ Controls access to the lounges and guest amenities in the absence of upper management
