Job Summary
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for organizing and managing the administration of all ancillary and non- ancillary employee benefits programs.
Reports to Manager, Total Rewards
Job Specific Responsibilities
Daily assignments may include but are not limited to:
•Provide excellent customer service to employees both verbally and in writing, regarding plan provisions, enrollments, qualifying event changes and other general inquiries.
• Serve as primary contact to employees, plan vendors, and third-party administrators regarding benefit plan questions, answers, and modifications
