About The RoleThis position is responsible for administering health, welfare, and well-being programs. You will play a key role in attracting and retaining talent by ensuring these programs are effectively communicated and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for health & welfare benefits and well-being program administration.
- Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and HRIS for open enrollment processes.
- Provide expertise and administration on leave of absence matters, including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
- Facilitate new hire benefit orientation and assist with training.
- Process workers' compensation claims in compliance with laws and regulations.
