Kelly is seeking a Benefits & Leave Coordinator to work with our client, a global and innovative manufacturing leader, on a direct hire basis.
The Benefits & Leave Coordinator will:
+ Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, disability, and leave of absence
+ Support benefits-related processes such as enrollments, billing reconciliation, compliance reporting, and employee communications
+ Assist with retirement plan administration, including employee education and audit support
+ Coordinate employee onboarding, benefits orientation, and related training initiatives
+ Manage workers’ compensation and ensure timely reporting and compliance with applicable regulations
+ Maintain accurate HRIS and benefits data across internal and third-party systems
