Benefits Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
+ Handle inbound calls from COBRA benefits members, employers, HR contacts, and brokers with a strong focus on clear and patient phone support
+ Assist callers with COBRA benefit notices, elections, payments, coverage questions, portal access, and general account information
+ Respond to incoming email inquiries accurately and in a timely manner
+ Perform accurate data entry for COBRA benefit enrollments, terminations, changes, payments, and related updates
+ Carefully review entries against source documents to avoid errors and unnecessary rework
