The Benefits Administrator II is responsible for supporting the daily administration of employee benefits programs. This role assists employees with benefits-related inquiries, processes employee Leaves of Absence, and maintains accurate records. The role ensures compliance with relevant regulations and company policies while working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
