Description

Position Summary:

Person in this position will coordinate and oversee the operations of direct care workers and of clients, insuring safety of all residents, model appropriate behavior, and compliance to program rules. Essential Job Functions include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned as needed.



Essential Job Functions:


+ Work under the supervision of Program Director.

+ Receive at least 4 hours of documented face-to-face supervision monthly.

+ Have all treatment plans co-signed by Director.

+ Train new employees.

+ Assist in the development of monthly schedules.

+ Facilitate and assist with chores including mealtime preparation and facilitate house meetings.

+ Transport to community appointments such as medical, dental or school, as needed.
