+ Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for adult patients seeking behavioral health services to determine need for treatment of behavioral issues.
+ Complete and analyze evidenced based screening tools and assessments.
+ Provides individual, group and family counseling for adult patients.
+ Along with patient, develop treatment plans, including clear problem statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns.
