Summary:

The Behavioral Health Clinician III delivers direct care, assessments, and therapeutic services to individuals experiencing acute mental health and substance use challenges. Working within a collaborative, team-based environment, the clinician provides ongoing care management and clinical support through comprehensive assessment, care planning, implementation, and continuous evaluation of each individual's needs.

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations for patients identified as having safety concerns risk.
+ Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and treatment team.
+ Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using appropriate clinical modalities.
