Location: UCHealth Primary Care YVMC, Steamboat Springs, CO. and Craig CO.

Department: YVMC Primary Care - Steamboat/Craig

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days: 3 days at Steamboat Primary Care and 2 days at Craig Primary Care Clinic

Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Provides triage, assessment and treatment to patients and families, assists with disposition planning and provision of education and resources, initiates psychiatric holds. Operates as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician.
