I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists in the planning and implementation of patient care on the inpatient and/or outpatient behavioral health units at The Queen’s Medical Center – Kahi Mohala (QMC-KM).
• Performs duties in accordance with established departmental and Medical Center policies and procedures.
II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Essential: standing, sitting, walking, stooping/bending, kneeling, walking on uneven ground, squatting, twisting body, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, lifting weight up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 5 pounds of force, carrying usual weight of 25 pounds up to 30 pounds, reaching above, at and below shoulder level, repetitive arm/hand motions, static gripping of an object for prolonged periods, frequent gripping of an object.
• Occasional: climbing stairs, squatting.
