Job Description:

• Ensure the store meets and exceeds service and sales goals set by the company
• Ensure that each employee meets and exceeds individual KPI targets
• Accountable for the smooth running of the store
• Provide training & development through effective coaching to ensure these goals are met

Working hours:

• 8.5 hours per day including 1 hour meal break
• 6 off days per month (excluding PH replacement off)
• Basic $3500 + commission + allowance + other benefits

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Store Manager experience
