We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our front-desk team and be the first point of contact for our customers.
Job Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and provide a professional, welcoming first impression
- Handle walk-in enquiries and introduce salon services, packages and ongoing promotions
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and other customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist customers with appointment booking, rescheduling and cancellations
Appointment & System Handling
- Manage daily appointment schedules using salon systems / booking software
