Facilitate group training sessions and workshops on new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
Implement and monitor training programs to ensure consistent brand messaging and service standards across all locations.
Define and implement coaching topics for beauty advisor to improve their NPS and CXE performance.
Monitor the performance of beauty advisors with the utilization of beauty tech devices and brand’s app at the point of sales, as well as track conversion rates.
