The Job - Welcome customers and provide personalized makeup consultations
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and skin tones
- Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, launches, and beauty techniques
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance
- Build strong customer relationships through follow-up and clienteling
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards at the counter
