We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor in La Plata, MD Metro area.
In this dynamic role, the BCBA will float between 4–5 schools, serving as both a clinical leader and educational partner. The primary focus will be on providing supervision, professional development, and coaching and mentoring to support staff and internal teams including special education professionals and teachers. This position also plays a critical role in consulting with school leadership and administrative teams to support overall program evaluation, development, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and ensuring high-quality behavioral service delivery aligned with best practices.
