Job Summary <p data-path-to-node="3">The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for the evaluation, creation, and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy plans, accurate and reliable data collection, consultation, and training with families and staff. The BCBA collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to create and maintain therapy plans that address all behavioral and skill acquisition needs of clients.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4">The role requires the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
