Supporting the Camp Director, your goal is to help campers discover the joy of nature through structured outdoor adventures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate outdoor activities daily
• Ensure the safety and health of all campers
• Communicate regularly with other staff on camper needs
• Take attendance and report incidents accurately
• Revise schedules based on camper dynamics and requirements
Requirements:
