Scope of Work - Inspect the existing wooden storeroom door at Basement 1.
- Remove the defective door and damaged hinges.
- Realign the door frame and door leaf to ensure proper alignment.
- Supply and install new hinges and all necessary fittings/accessories as required.
- Adjust and secure the door to ensure smooth opening and closing operation.
- Test the door functionality and carry out final adjustments.
- Complete all making‑good works and remove debris from the work area.
