As aBartenderat AC by Marriott Inverness you are responsible for the bar, you are a host and advisor of our guests.

You are not only responsible for preparing and serving drinks and snacks, but also mise en place (refill stock, maintain a presentable bar) and taking care of payments.

Mise en place:Providing an accurate, timely and complete mise en place, such as checking bar and lobby area, ordering supplies and refilling stock. Also, you are working according tothe HACCP standard processes and regulations.

Bartending:Welcoming guests, taking orders and providing information about drinks and food. Prepare or communicate orders and providing information and entertain guests. Open/close bar in line with best practice and SOPs.
