About Evolve: Evolve is a social‑enterprise coffee shop designed to help young people who face barriers to employment. In partnership with Aquarius the shop provides tailored training, supportive work experience and a community‑focused space to build confidence and skills.
Volunteer Role: As a Volunteer Barista & Café Assistant you’ll gain accredited training and hands‑on café experience while supporting the community and building transferable skills.
