Black Fodder Coffee is looking for an experienced barista to join our team in River Forest, IL.
We're a specialty coffee company operating a neighborhood café, mobile coffee catering, and coffee education programs. We pull espresso on a Slayer Steam, brew pourovers on Kalita Wave and V60, and care deeply about every cup we serve.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, pourovers, and tea with precision and care
- Provide warm, attentive hospitality to every guest
- Work café shifts and/or mobile coffee catering events (corporate events, weddings, private parties)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow food safety standards
- Dial in espresso and adjust grind/dose/yield throughout service
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For:
