Job Description OVERVIEW OF ROLE The Barista is responsible for delivering high-quality coffee, beverages and café offerings while creating a warm, engaging and memorable guest experience. This role ensures consistency in beverage preparation, maintains café standards and contributes to the overall efficiency of operations while embodying the spirit of genuine hospitality. Responsibilities MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The main responsibilities of the Barista are summarised below; however the list is not exhaustive. GENERAL DUTIES Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and light food items to the highest standards. Ensure all drinks are prepared consistently in accordance with recipes and presentation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and barista station. Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately. Undertake any other duties or tasks deemed reasonable by the Supervisor or Manager.
