Zozo Coffee is building a premium café experience in Multan. We are looking for a highly skilled Barista Head to lead coffee operations, standardize recipes, and build a strong barista team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily barista operations and café workflow
Develop and standardize coffee recipes & beverage menu
Create new drinks, seasonal specials, and signature items
Ensure consistent coffee quality, taste, and presentation
Train, supervise, and evaluate barista staff
Assist in barista hiring and team building
Manage inventory, coffee beans, and equipment usage
Maintain hygiene, SOPs, and food safety standards
Improve customer experience and service quality
Support management in café growth strategy
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in café / specialty coffee industry
