Trivelta is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist based in Barcelona to build and own the HR function for our fast-growing organization. In this role, you will develop HR policies, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws.

You will be responsible for enhancing employee relations, promoting an inclusive culture, and establishing systems to support organizational growth. An ideal candidate will have experience with Gusto and Deel, and possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
