Role Overview

As a Barback at Delano Dubais Pool & Beach area you will be a vital part of the bar team supporting smooth and efficient beverage service in a relaxed outdoor environment. Your quick response, attention to detail and teamwork will help ensure that the bar operates seamlessly, contributing to an exceptional and enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Bar Support: Assist bartenders by restocking ice, glassware, garnishes and beverages promptly to keep the bar running efficiently.
• Order Preparation: Help prepare and organize beverage ingredients and tools ensuring everything is ready for service.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and order around the bar and service areas, promptly clearing used glasses and disposing of waste properly.
