FLYTE Bar in Henley-on-Thames, England, United Kingdom is opening in November 2025. We’re building a dream team of high-energy, curious, and creative hospitality legends to bring the FLYTE vibe to life. We serve flights (yes, FLYTEs!) of tacos, cocktails, and wine with small plates and bold flavours in a high-energy, low-fuss setting.

We’re Looking For Two Types of People

1. The Cocktail Boss

• You're a shaker, stirrer, and storyteller.
• You love the science, art, and theatre of cocktails.
• You’ve got your classics down but you live for the twist.
• You’ll work closely with our Head of Beverage to deliver FLYTE’s signature drinks, mini cocktails, and unexpected pairings.

You:

• Know your way around a back bar and a Boston shaker
• Can chat mezcal vs tequila while making a Negroni
• Bring energy, flair, and speed to every shift
