General Accountabilities -tPlans, supervises, and allocates the day-to-day operational activities of the bar. -tSchedules bartenders according to the level of customer demand. -tForecasts the daily flow of customers and adjusts the number of staff for each shift accordingly. -tEnsures that the inventory of the bar is well managed. -tTracks all the sales of all types of drinks including beers, cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages. -tEnsures that the bar is cleaned on a daily basis. -tPerforms other related duties as assigned by management. Job Qualifications -tEducation: High school diploma or equivalent. -tExperience: Two to four years of related experience.
