We are searching for a committed, proactive bar manager who would enjoy work in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The bar manager will train and guide staff to build food and beverage sales that meet or exceed budgeted guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Mixes and serves drinks for guests in the bar as they are ordered.

• Properly records and calculates all guests’ orders in the bar tickets.
• Returns correct change or charges a Room voucher to guests in a timely manner.
