Train and support staff to maintain high service and operational standards. 
Plan and manage work schedules based on business needs and productivity. 
Ensure all work follows standard procedures, safety, hygiene rules, and alcohol service laws. 
Manage inventory, carry out regular stock checks, and ensure sufficient stock to meet guest needs.
