Responsibilities - Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards always.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Banquet Supervisor, Assistant Banquet Manager or Director of Banquets.
Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
