Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Manage key accounts and act as the point of contact for clients
Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements and identify new potential customers
Provide professional after‑sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
Ensure to meet deadline of reports, reimbursement, liquidation and other related forms with deadline
Work closely with related operation departments to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverages Services, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, or equivalent
