            Key Responsibilities  Liaise with airline for booking of cargo space (Outgoing) 
Liaise with security vendor for the arrangement of local deliveries and collections 
Contract negotiation with both airline and security vendor 
Arrange the security transportation for the delivery and pickup of shipments 
Trade verification for outgoing shipments and local run trades 
Liaise with cash processing team to prepare for stock for outgoing shipment 
Liaise with cash processing team for the processing of incoming shipments 
Follow up with dealers on discrepancies from outgoing and incoming shipments 
Shipment expenses tracking and invoice verification for shipments 
Ensure accuracy of deals by retrieving the confirmation message from Reuters 
Reconciliation of MT 950 and sale deals 
Monitor fund and alert front office for any non-receipt of funds, shortage and excess of payment
