**Overview:**

Completes skilled processing and research duties related to mortgage payment, payoff and special loans.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Complete complex data entry, system updates, analysis and Interpretation related to mortgage payments, payoffs and special product maintenance.
+ Complete non-standardized document review and validation related to mortgage notes, modifications and ACH (Automated ClearingHouse) agreements.
+ Complete intermediate-level document review and/or preparation related to verification of mortgage loan documents and adherence to procedures.
+ Respond to or initiate non-standardized requests on exception payment applications or mortgage document term research.
+ Complete high complexity non-standardized research on missing or misapplied payments and payoffs.
