Duties: Serve as a Banker for Japanese corporate subsidiary clients in the U.S. Formulate investment strategies and assist clients with raising capital for the Institutional Client Group (ICG). Provide strategic advisory services on mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions, and serve as an intermediary in trading for Japanese clients.
