Attend to customers and handle their instruction and queries 
Processing of deposits/ withdrawals, remittances, cashier order, etc. 
Updating of personal account and daily documentation 
Cross-selling of bank products and services 
Provide excellent customer services 
 Requirement  Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline 
1 – 2 years of experience in customer services related role 
Good communication and interpersonal skills
