Main duties of the job

Support residents at Cygnet Alders Clinic, a 20‑bed rehabilitation service for women with personality disorder and complex needs.

Provide day‑to‑day care and support, including:

• Offer physical and emotional support, guidance, and encouragement
• Assist with personal, medical, and welfare needs and report as required
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents
• Support independence and empowerment of service users
• Follow safeguarding procedures and record‑keeping requirements

Qualifications and requirements

• Good communication skills and team player
• Sensitive and intuitive, keen to create a trusting environment
• Experience or willingness to work with individuals with complex needs
• Willingness to undergo DBS check and comply with Health & Safety procedures
