Responsibilities

As a Senior Support Worker you have prior experience working with older people in residential care. You must be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and able to work well with people. You will have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing and will have completed or be working towards QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). You will build strong relationships with family, friends, and healthcare professionals, keeping them informed and ensuring your Line Manager is up to speed with residents’ needs and progress. You will follow guidelines and policies and write care plans.
